This is a very impressive main course that is fairly simple. If you do not wish to flambé during serving, briefly burn off the alcohol in the sauce in the pan prior to serving or by heating the sauce in advance and letting it set until cooled. Ingredients:

D DeMilo,
Just saw your comment on a thread about "Two Dangerous Ingredients in Everyday Products That Are Threatening Our Health". You look like a serious 'foodie'. I am, too.
I'd like to follow your postings - always interested in new foods. Friend request sent.

Just stopping in to tell you that I love your articles and resources.

I don't think you should pay the bill!! I went to a Hospital in Tennessee they put me in a room and forgot I was even there. I did not pay that bill. I think doctors are over paid and undereducated.
As to the woman waiting 19 hours in the ER seems like a funny way to get more funding for the hospital. If it were me I would certainly write the head of the hospital and bill he/she for my time as well. Since when is their time worth more than the people coming to the ER?? Without them they wouldn't need the ER to begin with.
